This quote has been the guiding force throughout Chef Amirah's culinary journey (also known as Scottish Caramel), whose immigrant roots have shaped her unique perspective on flavors. As a Top Chef Amateur Season 1 winner, Amirah brings a vibrant blend of South Asian culture and the tantalizing flavors of Southeast Asia to every dish she creates.
